My doctor recommended the Active3 pump kit over the NHS pumps. Apparently you should start pumping pretty soon after prostatectomy even if you don't need it for sex. Makes sure you can keep erections for the future and stops your bits getting smaller.
Super cool pump. Quick and effective. I briefly had one from lovehoney before but this is a different class. Definitely recommend if you've had your prostate out. Has rings so you can use it for ED too.
