Shockwave therapy for ED post RP surgery

Hi

I am 2 years into recovery following RP surgery. Currently using tadalafil and pump for maintenance plus invicorp for sex. Results from invicorp are very hit and miss and mostly require some additional intervention tot get anything functional.
I had seen some promotions for shockwave therapy for ED and wondered if anyone here has had any experience of this treatment.
I tried searching conversation on here but without success so apologies if I have missed it but any feedback or advice would be appreciated.
I will also discuss with Urologist on next visit

Alexis, there are numerous conversations on here about Shockwave treatment. I can no longer see the search box but as workaround. From your web browser search for "shockwave prostate cancer UK" there are numerous results that take you back into this site.

Thanks Chris

Thanks Chris. I’ll try searching that way. Cheers

Last time I heard from an Andrologist about it around 18 months ago, there was no useful evidence of its benefit, but there was a dearth of anything useful.

I have a vague recollection Guys and St.Thomas' were going to do a trial some time back for prostatectomy patients, but I haven't noticed anything more about that.
