Hi, Gary.

I'm sorry to see that your having prostate problems, but welcome to the forum, mate.

I'm not medically trained, but it seems likely that your symptoms could be caused by non-cancerous prostate conditions such as  BPH or prostatitis. These conditions, like prostate cancer itself, are more usually found in older men.

Have you had a PSA check yet?

The MRI will give a clearer picture of what's causing the problem.

Please keep us updated and good luck, mate.👍

Hi Gary,

Im guessing that they did not suspect prostate cancer as you weren't given a psa test.

There are mny reason why you could be struggling with your waterworks so dont worry too much.

Please do let us know how you get on as the bank of knowledge and experience is invaluable to men and their partners who are looking for answers.

Best regards Mick
