Hello, again.

Thank you for the update, mate.

Have they had an MDT meeting or made any treatment recommendations?

Here's an excellent video on various treatments. Unfortunately, as you have slight capsular breach, not all may be available to you.

I was eventually diagnosed with Gleason 9 (4+5) and T3a. They deemed me suitable for RT and HT, or surgery. I had RARP, which appears successful.

I know how difficult it is choosing a treatment.

Whatever you decide, good luck.👍

I had surgery aug 20.  2025.   I am now 6 months post op and got my psa result back to from the 6 monthly check up and it was still undetectable.   I have been lucky in the fact that I had no incontinence at all after the removal of the catheter and am now feeling healthy wise the same as before the op.  If you have any questions about the op I will try and answer them.    I can say the worry about the op is far worse than the actual event

Hi Simon.

It's great that you're you're making a good recovery. Have you any ED issues?
