Advice appointment Tomorrow

Hi All,

I’m looking for advice , i have my latest oncology appointment tomorrow, Basically I’ve had my second occurrence within 6 months of my first , Im currently taking Apalutamide, Grgovyx and Alendronic Acid.

I have cancer in left hip , 80-20 chance of cancer in the front side of my Skull, a couple of lymph nodes in my stomach.

Sometimes in the past I have regretted not asking certain questions that have popped into my head .

Im hoping theres lots of you out there that are more experienced in asking the right questions than I am .

Ask if cyberknife to skull and lymph nodes possible.

Ask if chemo now is a good idea.

Hi Anthony,

Just wondering, did they start you on Apalutamide, Grgovyx and Alendronic Acid or did you have other therapies before the 2024 recurrance. And did they check for a BRCA mutation that would allow for treatment with olaparib?

Hi ,

In January 25 I was put on Zoladex for 5 months then had Cyberknife to my Spine .

PSA started to rise almost immediately , I received Pet and MRI scans , it showed a second spread and was placed on the new drugs .

Brca Mutation wasn’t checked, they never mentioned that,
