Hi,
Last Oct to Dec I joined a free 12 week Crossfit program. I found it very beneficial, both from an exercise point of view, something/anything to combat the effects of ADT! I have more energy, I think I've lost some belly fat, might be just phycological, but who cares, I feel better!
It was also nice to do it with other people in a similar situation (it's open to anyone who has had cancer treatment) so there's no pressure to be a super fit gym bunny and you can go at your own pace with help from a trained coach.
Anyway they are running a new program starting towards the end of March so I thought I'd share a link.
