Blood from penis when defecating

I’m 6 months post RALP surgery and have developed a worrying symptom of passing blood from my penis when I poo. I’m not straining but any pushing at all causes bleeding - not pink urine but pure blood. It stops after a few drops but is this something that other people have experienced ?

Get it checked, should not be happening 6 months after surgery

Zero, that needs checking out. I notice some of your posts are about using the pump perhaps that could be connected. My favourite subject again, hem o lok clips, I and others on here have had experience of hem o lok clips migrating into the bladder and or urethra. Some guys have passed the clips whilst urinating.
