Hi Kev.

I've found that injection technique is crucial. You've got to hit the right spot, at the right depth, to ensure you're injecting the drug into the area where it draws in the blood into the chambers (Corpora Cavernosa) that create an erection.

I don't know if you've read the conversation I started on Invicorp

https://community.prostatecanceruk.org/posts/t29845-Hooray-for-Invicorp

It includes practical tips on the best way to inject.

I think the success rate is over 80%. It's more likely that your erections are weak, because your injections are poor, rather than you're in the unlucky 20%

Like every medication, it's efficacy will vary from individual to individual. I was beginning to lose strong erections pre-op. I have cardiac problems and had non nerving sparing surgery. These are three factors that can affect the success of penile injections, but fortunately in my case haven’t. What I'm trying to say, is if anyone should have efficacy problems with Invicorp, it should be me. Invicorp has saved my sex life that's why I advise those with ED issues to give it a try.

It seems to me, that after surgery, the vast majority of men will not have as good erections as they once did. I've lost at least an inch and the erections are not quite as hard. BUT,  they last for at least an hour, which is 55 minutes longer than I can. 🤭

Although I've lost a bit of length and rigidity the erections are easily good enough for penetrative sex. My wife says I've gained more girth, but she's always been a sweet talker, especially if she's after new shoes or a handbag.🙂

I've also found, even after the erections are subsiding, that they keep 'Percy' more engorged with blood for at least another two hours.

I've been using penile injections for three years now. I've had failures, but as my injecting has improved, flops have become very infrequent.

I know how frustrating and disappointing it is when the injections 'dont work' but please don't give in, mate. Hopefully, practice will make perfect.

Best of luck.👍
