I can’t seem to get the pump working properly.
can anyone offer any tips, advice or instructions on using the pump.

I have a Somaerect pump.
Also How often should I use it and for how long each time?

Hi, its sounds like you're not getting a proper seal to create a vacuum if nothing is happening.

Using some lube around the black seal helps, also the kit should have come with a couple of black seals, it's worth starting with the smaller one. Pubes can also cause issues with a seal so possibly worth shaving a bit...........carefully! 😬🤣 where the seal meets your body

Then take it slow, few pumps, pause, pump again. I didn't get on with the rings supplied, they felt insanely tight so bought some alternatives from love honey

All the best

I don't use it obviously, but husband uses it to keep the blood flowing. Hate to sound exist, but have you read the instruction leaflet? If you look on You Tube there is a video too. It recommends 10 mins per day, or 15 mins every other day. Husband uses it when he has a shower, but if you have a partner, she can be handy as well!

Hi IMF73

If you email me on [email protected] I can let you have a  training video I have produced which also shows how to achieve strong erections in a few minutes.

Best tip I have: Get your razor out and make sure you go full Kojak down there! Any hair ruins the seal and if you do inflate it ok the rings will rip those hairs right out!

Hi Roy

my surgeon supplied mine, well he gave me a prescription for one via my gp.
seeing you can go down that route as they’re around £200 I think.

Hi

We didn't bother discussing it as hospital team seem totally disinterested.

We  ought the Somaerect pump about  £250. Husband uses it when he has a shower and it works fine. He didn't have any trouble with it

Had my cancer check up this week for my four monthly blood test check and nurse discussed how I was getting on with the pump. She advised I bin the rings supplied and get the more silicone (very similar in feel to the Durex cock ring) ones on prescription
