lymph nodes x4

Hello all,

prostate out in 2002 with pos. margins ,very low psa for 15 years  then steady climb to 65

Just wondering how long the cancer will take to kill me with a psa of 65 and

a pet scan report  yesterday of

 Abnormal Pylarify uptake involving 4 enlarged perirectal/presacral lymph nodes, the largest measuring 3.1 cm.;

I am 72 yr old with lots of worn out parts and will not do hormones or chemo.

I have known plenty of people that had cancer treatments for a year of discomfort and then died anyway.

So if there is a treatment that is not a pain that will buy me 5+ years I am interested,or perhaps do zero and get 5 years??

Let me know what you think.

Thanks
