Hi my name is Bojan 77g Diagnosis: Gleason score 3+4 (ISUP Grade Group 2), clinical stage T2b


Pre-radiotherapy PSA: ~8.8 ng/mL


1 hormonal injection (androgen deprivation therapy) before radiotherapy


📈 PSA course after radiotherapy:finish 24.4.2023 


2 years after radiotherapy: PSA = 0.2 ng/mL


3 years after radiotherapy: PSA = 0.38 ng/mL


PSA doubling time (PSADT): ~10–12 months


What next?

Until your PSA gets to 2 above nadir (IE 2.2) nothing as you are still in remission as a radiotherapy patient.
