Following my previous post.

After email to PALS we got fast appointment and telephone (non) apology from consultant. I'd give that one 5/10. She did ring, however at 9.30 am not the 5pm we'd been told, spoke in a very soft voice, very sorry etc. When asked reason? Someone had been on holiday. .

Anyway pharmacist appointment for Apalutamide 2pm today.

Call at 1.40 appointment cancel Pharmacist has an emergency. New appointment for tomorrow 9.30 am.

Soon afterwards husband gets text to say he can collect medication. So we go to hospital pharmacy, 20 mins journey, to collect medication.

Bit of trek signage not brilliant but got there. Successfully got medication.  They did know the pharmacist was called away. Spoke to a human being not a person who talks through a glass wall.
