It's useful to put them in your bio, so people can easily look back to what they are when reading your posts. Some people format it as a diary, which also gives the timings so you can see how things change.

Hi Glenn

Welcome to the group! Although it is not something which you. are pleased about joining no doubt!!!

If your info - and anything else you would like to share can be put into your profile it will help the experienced guys be able to assist in a more structured way - so Staging/Gleason score/ T N M ratings following the biopsy.

The time between the tests and the results can be a tough one and the mind can be doing all sorts of somersaults - most of us and our significant others have been there and can sympathise and add our own experiences if that helps.

It is helpful to have someone with you at the results consult - much can be said and much can be missed, so four ears are better than two! (as is a pad and pen!!)  I was handed a copy of the Prostate Cancer UK booklet A Guide if you've just been diagnosed.  This is really helpful as the CNS had previously marked all of the findings in the booklet before handing it over and it is a really useful tool today 8 months on.  (My CNS is actually one of the ones who regularly review the PCUK documents so he was certainly clued up! Might be worth sending for one now ahead of the results consult?

Hope this I son some assistance, but let us know if there is anything else troubling you and the folks will try and respond.

Best wishes - stay positive

CeePee
