Never could get a proper erected penis. in 2018 had a artificial urinary sphincter surgery fitted. It's pretty good  but still wear pads al the time for leakage. Since fitted  my penis has shrunken .i need a pump to get blood back into it to revive it .can you give me any advice on how  to get one to help

Quite simply , for your needs ( just rehabilitation ) , look on Ann summers or Lovehoney website and look under cock pumps. You will find something fit for purpose and delivered discretely for under £30

In England you should be able to get a penis pump and accessories from your NHS Doctor. In my case my surgeon wrote to the GP to prescribe it and I collected it from my village Pharmacy (in discrete packaging of course). Good luck.

Not true anymore sadly. Many many areas no longer prescribe pumps as they are so expensive. Yet again another example of steering one into treatment with life lond side-effects , then zero support afterwards. It’s quite tragic

Chris is correct. Some NHS trusts don't prescribe - cost cutting!

Chris J I dread to think how men get on without joining this forum. All the help we've got is from the info on this forum, what I've researched and zero suggestions from the hospital. Our young female GP is very helpful but it's us informing her really. So you're on your own resources here. Like all men going through this my husband deserves better and I'm filling that void as best I can

I have just collected my nhs pump from my surgery after prescription and instructions provided by the urology department of my local hospital. Seems grossly unfair if provision is dependent on local primary care

We didn't bother to even mention it. We just bought one and got on with things. CSN was extremely dismissive and just told husband to "masturbate" She obviously hasn't seen the guidelines for health professionals dealing with patients on ADT
