I have recently updated our profile, alot has happened over the last few months, shortened version is that the Abireratone is now starting to fail, Paul is having a 4 week washout period before starting the TALAPRO-3 regime, combination of Enzalutamide and Talazoparib.....fairly new drug combination. This combo is only usually offered to men who carry certain gene mutations but in Scotland this can be offered to men where biopsies were not carried out due to prompt commencement of treatment (Pauls case).....apparently there is good evidence to show effectiveness in men without the gene mutations too so worth giving it a go.
