Psa has dropped

I had a PSA of 21 and had biopsy and was told that I had cancer Gleason score of 4::3 and placed on active surveillance yesterday I had PSA test and my PSA has dropped from 21 down to 0.79 how can this happen

You got any symptoms? Why did you go for a test and are you sure it was 0.79?

I'm 67 was diagnosed 3months ago after biopsy had to have PSA because I have been placed on active surveillance only had test done yesterday results came back today no symptoms only pissing a hell of a lot

The 0.79 sounds unlikely. I'd have thought they'd do a retest. With a psa of 21 I'd want to know whether it's rising. It could be that it came down as it could have been agitated, but down to 0.79 seems odd. Active Surveillance is about watching your psa carefully. I'd ask about a retest.
