Penis sleeve/ prosthesis

Hi all,

I am now 7 years post robotic radical Prostatectomy and have been given the all clear.

I am lucky in that I am 100% dry but elections are a real issue. I do wake sometimes with a proper errection but it doesn't last and stimulation doesn't seem to produce the same effect, it does grow a little but not enough for penetrative. I have tried and still occasionally use the pump, I'm still on 5mg Taladafil daily and have tried the caveject injections but didn't get on well with them.

I have heard and read about penis sleeves/ prosthesis for ED.  They are a hollow silicone dildo type affair that can be worn and a loop goes around your balls to keep it in place. Has anyone had any experience with these and can recommend where they might be purchased in the UK? My research has only really come up with sleeves to extend or increase girth of an erect penis. Can't find anything in the UK for a  flaccid penis.

Thanking you in advance for any replies.

Had similar journey pills dont work

Tried the pump but only a hinge effect

Tried caverject and it was a humorous exercise  but not at the time

The nurse giving me the training  wasnt up to date with how to use and started me on max dose

4 hours would have been good in my 20s but not late 50s

reduced the dose but same affect

Gave up in frustration for a while and listened to a few pod casts about it

Had a couple of years frustrated

Tried again under my GP who is a bit more on to how to use it

Still gave me an ache during and after use

Worked but cost over the top 20 pound a pop to much for me

I got onto the girls in perth australia and set up a phone appointment

They have a brew using the same core ingredient as caverject but with a bit of anesthetic in it to  stop the pain

They freighted it to me in nz for about a 1/4 the cost per shot as I was paying

the dose I use gives about 30mins at max and works just like the old days

Look up the penis project podcast

and https://rshealth.com.au/what-we-treat-do/

They have customers all over the world so may be a solution for some

Never ever give up

I'm 3 years out from my Prostatectomy and nave not been able to get any type of an erection but can make it long and thick using a pump or injection but nothing has worked well enough to achieve penetration. I have tried a strap-on but my wife has a mental block and said the strap-on ruins her mood. I can still have an orgasm with a vibrator so both of us have successful bedroom play but not at all like the old days.

I also have been looking for a sleeve that might fit me after using the pump but my problem is any pressure at all my penis will squeeze out the blood returning me to a full flaccid state due to my venous leakage issues.

Its been a while since I looked around but I found some links that might help?

Congratulations on 7 years cancer-free and full continence—that is a massive win, even with the ongoing ED challenges.

Here is the quick breakdown of what you need to know:

  • What to search for: You need a rigid ED sleeve or hollow strap-on, not a standard silicone extension sleeve (which buckles without a hard erection).

  • Key products: Look up the RXSleeve or Elator. They are US-made, medical-grade external prostheses designed specifically for flaccid penises, and they ship directly to the UK.

  • UK retail alternative: Search UK sites (like Lovehoney or Bondara) specifically for "hollow strap-on" or "rigid hollow sleeve with harness/ball loop."

  • Medical alternative: Since Tadalafil and Caverject failed, ask your UK urologist about an internal surgical penile implant, which is fully covered on the NHS for post-prostatectomy ED.
