Hi Graham
I'm sorry that you are in this situation. The main branch in the treatment pathway at this point is whether the MDT decides that your PCa is 'curable' or 'treatable but not curable'.
If it is the second, then treatment options include some combination of hormone injections, hormone tablets (abiraterone, enzalutamide, daralutamide, apalutamide), chemotherapy (docetaxel), and radiotherapy. The urologist/oncologist should discuss these with you.
Several of us on here are going down this second pathway. I started on it almost 4 years ago. Hormone therapy takes its toll. But mentally and physically I feel in a much better place now than when I was, like you, waiting for a firm diagnosis and treatment plan.
