This trial will look to reduce the dosage of 1500 men nationally on Hormone androgen tablets, such as Enzalutamide to try and improve QOL.

Just a minor update - enzalutamide is an ARI rather than a ADT (such as Decapeptyl). ARIs do not reduce the testosterone in the body but just block the receptors in the prostate cancer cells. Although Enzalutamide does have many side effects - I believe the side effects of the ADT are much more QoL destroying
