My name is Isabella and I am writing about my 74-year-old father, Salvatore.
He has had metastatic prostate cancer for almost six years, with bone metastases. His oncologist now strongly suspects bone marrow involvement. His cancer is progressing despite several treatments, and she has told us there are no further conventional treatments available.
He is now severely anemic, has very low platelets, impaired kidney function, weight loss, poor appetite and frequent vomiting. He receives blood transfusions and uses a fentanyl patch for pain.
We have read about fenbendazole and have found some very positive experiences, including reports involving advanced cancer, but we are also concerned about possible liver toxicity.
