Hi All,

I’m been on Darolutamide combined with Relugolix for seven months.

My PSA in undetectable however I’m not feeling myself , symptoms are,

Extreme Fatigue, cold sweats , lower back pain which is worse at night,  peeing every 2 hours ,sleep around 4 hours a night . 

I explained all this at my last oncologist appointment, my Doctor felt that everything is under control as my PSA is low .

I was just wondering if theres anyone out there that has something similar or am I just overthinking this whole business.

Hi Tony

I am on Zoladex and Darolutamide. The fatigue levels can be brutal, but bizarrely the best way to combat is to exercise your way through it!  I walk, ride an indoor bike, use weights and resist bands.  It is hard work but there is benefit.

I also make sure to drink the recommended 2 litres a day ( more this weather), but try to not have much from middle of the evening onwards 

I get hot sweats with no real pattern.

Your back pain is a concern and I would have a word with your GP - and remember there are no medics on this chat so we don’t have the expertise.

You can always chat to one of the specialist nurses on this site ?
