Looking for a Gay man with lived experience of ADT to take part in a sexual wellbeing video
We're developing a new sexual wellbeing information video for men with prostate cancer who are receiving androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).
The video will feature men sharing their personal experiences of how ADT has affected different aspects of their lives, including:
- Sexual wellbeing and intimacy
- Relationships and partners
- Identity and self-confidence
- Masculinity and body image
- Overall quality of life
We are particularly keen to hear from a Gay man who would be comfortable speaking on camera about his experiences. It is important that the video reflects the diversity of men affected by prostate cancer and ADT, helping others feel seen, understood, and supported.
Taking part would involve being filmed at a time and location that works for you, with plenty of opportunity to learn more about the project and decide whether you would like to be involved.
If you, or someone you know, might be interested in taking part, we'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch with the team at [email protected], or feel free to share this opportunity within your networks.
We're hoping to film over the coming months, so there is plenty of time to ask questions and find out more.
Thank you for helping us ensure that the experiences of all men living with prostate cancer are represented.
