Hi Everyone,

We'd love to hear from you if you’ve ever used a digital tool or device to help you manage your health while living with and beyond prostate cancer. It doesn't have to be a particularly expensive or complicated piece of kit - it could be a free app you've used on your phone, tablet or computer, or something as simple as using a digital calendar to keep track of hospital appointments, recording medication reminders or logging side effects.

Examples of other types of apps you might have used could include the Squeezy App to help with pelvic floor exercises, one of Macmillan's recommended apps or the NHS App.

We'd also like to hear about your experiences using any health monitoring devices, such as smartwatches or wearable fitness trackers.

Why?

We're gathering information about people's experiences of using some of these digital tools for a Prostate Health Hub article, which will serve as a guide to using health apps for other men living with prostate cancer. We'd like to know why you find the app helpful and how you have used it.

How do I get involved?

Please email any thoughts and reflections on your experiences of using these digital tools to Jack Dixon, who works in our communications team, by Mon 19 October. You can email Jack at [email protected]
