Conveen - help!!

As a very recent sufferer of bladder incontinence I researched the subject and found Conveen external sheath catheters.
i applied for their sample pack with a leg bag and I find it works well upright during the day with obvious gravity taking charge. However, at night everything is horizontal and the urine does not flow away so easily. The penis can become wet within the sheath and in  my experience the sheath can loosen and leakage occurs. Can the answer be as simple as asking for smaller tighter fitting sheaths ?

You can get a longer sheath that might help with your situation.

They came in 3 sheath sizes when I had mine although that was a long time ago. At night I think I used a larger night bag held in a bucket and can't recall a problem. What I did find was that the elasticated strap they provided to hold the bag in position on my upper leg allowed the bag to slip down after a time. To counteract this I used the elasticated stocking, (available in different sizes) to hold the tube and bag in place. This did help.
