There aren't many on here who have had Nanoknife, but I am one that is currently considering taking that path.
I'd be very interested to hear of your experiences with the treatment and how you arrived at that decision.

Can you supply some more details such as Gleason score, psa value - where you had it done. Did you have a PSMA PET scan? Were you given any hormone medication?

I had the treatment at Weston Hospital. I was one of two. They've just introduced it. Full anaesthetic so didn't feel anything and only numbness afterwards. Currently using a catheter and hating it. Sore penis whichever way I sit or walk. Leaks bloody wee when I'm trying to poo. Who invented this thing? 😂 It is supposedly in for for a week but just found out there's 3 weeks wait to go before they can remove it due to waiting list.
Hi Crispin... Hopefully you are not Crispin our old guitar player! Gleason was 7. For the rest I'd have to check, never great with scores and jargon. I was borderline so I hope this has all been worth it.
