Cancer Patients Europe (CPE) is conducting a short survey to better understand the experiences of people affected by prostate cancer, with a main focus on people living with metastatic prostate cancer, as well as their families and carers.
What is the survey about?
The survey explores awareness and experiences of biomarkers and genetic testing, specialised scans and new treatments, information received from healthcare professionals, access to tests, scans and treatments, barriers to care, and views on testing and clinical trials.
Who is it for?
- Main focus: people living with metastatic prostate cancer (cancer that has spread to other parts of the body).
- Respondents can be patients, or family members and carers answering for the person they look after.
- People with prostate cancer that has not spread can also participate. Some questions may not apply to them and include conditional or “not applicable” options.
Where is it available?
The survey is available in English, French, Italian, Spanish and German. The main countries of focus are France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom.
Respondents elsewhere may participate using the “Other” country option and will be analysed separately.
