I am 6 months post brachytherapy treatment, I have had PSA blood test which shows a drop from 11 to 2.4 which is obviously encouraging.
However my urinary conditions have become a life changer, prior to my brachytherapy surgery I would say I had normal urinary lifestyle but now I deal with weak flow and frequent wee’s during the day without too many issues however during the night time I wake and wee every hour which leaves me exhausted and in a terrible mental health state.
I wish I had not had the brachytherapy surgery and taken my chance because I have no quality of life.
During my only post op meeting with the Oncologist I was more or less told this is the norm and get on with it !
can anyone tell me if this is the norm or do things improve, I read a lot about herbal medication online but it screams out to be all fake and scams, I feel that the prescribed Tamsulosin is doing nothing to help.
