Penis rings keep splitting - Silicone

Hello all.

Posting on behalf of my husband.  He has been using the silicone Sure-fit Ultimate ring set (15222) with his pump but the rings keep splitting even while putting onto the cylinder. It recommends not to use the loading cone. They split when stretching over the end of the cylinder. Is anyone else having issues or can advise how to use without them splitting? Luckily, the GP is happy to re-order them for now.

Many thanks.

Hi

I had an appointment with the iMedicare rep ahead of getting my pump and I am sure there was some mention of gently stretching the rings beforehand and maybe making sure they were warm enough ?  I have not had the issue with the rings as I am still in rehabilitation stage….

Best wishes - stay positive

I never used the rings, other than initially experimenting, but never broke one. I seem to recall they were expected to last 40 uses. They are very vulnerable to getting scratched, which will rapidly grow into a break when stretched.

Have a feel around the rim of the pump for any burr or scratches, which might be scratching the rings.

Are you/he wearing any jewelry which might scratch the rings?

The Surefit Ultimate rings (15222) need to be manually stretched before first use. I snapped one too on first use because I had not read the instructions fully. Doh! Since then I have warmed the new ring up in some warm water and then gently stretch them in all directions using your fingers before first use. I have not had any problems with them since. You can stretch them to the diameter of the ‘C’ cylinder. Your husband can get more from your GP on repeat prescription.

I have been using these rings for many year and never had one that split. If you write to me on: [email protected]  I will send you a video which may help your husband
