My brother is looking for an NHS doctor who will agree to giving him a lower dose of docetaxel/Taxotere, chemo, 35mgs biweekly rather than the higher 75mgs three weekly. We wondered if anyone has found such treatment available in the Uk?. It is widely used in Germany with less side effects for treating advanced prostate cancer. We would be very grateful if anyone can help. Jeannie
