My 3 men contd

Yes, one of the aspects I was reviewing was the mental health and wellbeing support to these children, who dream of a professional career at a PL club and then are injured at a young age or 'let go' by their club at the end of a season. Many of them will be paid to play football when they are old enough but perhaps in the lower divisions or regional leagues. The big clubs ensure that these kids get a good education, GCSEs, A levels, media training, online safety training and a solid psychological support offer. Reducing the number of Gary Speeds and Jeremy Wistens is the responsibility of all clubs / elite sports

I haven't updated this thread for a while. Dad nearly died twice and then fell at the airport in August on his way to meet me in France - broke his hip. Fortunately, he has bounced back remarkably well and managed to dance his way through two cruises with his new lady friend & his Caverject Xtra - not bad for an 86 year old! His PSA has risen slightly but to be honest, he is having such a good time he doesn't really want to start with HT and I am okay with that.

John's PSA rose to 0.1 and then fell back to <0.1 so standard pattern of a temporary rise in the Summer. It is now almost 14 years since diagnosis & RP and 11.5 years since SRT. We don't see the onco or urologist anymore - just phone the PSA results through to their secretaries. Life moves on.

As far as Newcastle United goes, that was never a hand ball tonight and the VAR must have taken a backhander :-(

Great news Lyn, so pleased. Football…. Charlton are the passion in this house, the most flowery language when they lose, or the other lot score etc.

All good here at < 0.1 😊

Wow! Your dad's libido is incredible? Is it hereditary?

Miss February. That's disappointing, you're only on display for 28 days.

Great news about John. I hope I make a similar recovery šŸ‘

More importantly how are you doing? Has the ill health of your loved ones had an impact on your own health? It seems relatives and spouses suffer just as much, if not more, than those who actually have this disease.
