I wondered if anyone else was enrolled in this trial? Its Cabazitaxel combined with Custirsen (weekly IV dose). I couldnt find anything on
the site - but I have found it a bit harder to find things on the new site! The Custirsen (or custard as we have named it!) is thought to
hopefully improve uptake of chemo from the cells, my husband had previous treatment with Docetaxel a couple of years ago then
Abiraterone.
He is now on 4th dose of Chemo and about to have all scans repeated so fingers crossed! Its been not too bad so far side effect wise main
problem has been bouts of diarrhoea. Would be great to hear from anyone else having same treatment!
