More good news - I am pleased that you are able to defer the chemo yet again and hopefully the RT will just give John his bounce back. Have a lovely trip x

Already enjoying our holiday,. I can't quite get my head round this but we did a three mile walk today, in the snow, with the baby in her posh all terrain buggy and two dogs, one of which I had to carry for a while as he had a massive fit during the walk (he's a Jack Russell and he has lots of fits!) - last week John could barely get out of his chair. Either the Tramadol is some kind of miracle juice or some other miracle has happened here. His hip still hurts but not the agony of NYE and the following days.

I'm not sure when the RT will be Julie, but it will be five straight days up in Oxford as Swindon does not have an RT unit (it will in about two years time).

Anyway, from the Forest of Dean, thank you all, the wine has been opened (sadly John cannot join me because of the drugs) but cheers all. I'd best make a start or I'll be taking this bottle home with us!

Lots of love

Allison xxx
