Experience with Treatment Options

I have just found this forum and am seeking help and advice.

I have recently been diagnosed with Prostate cancer, Gleason 3+4=7, stage T2AN0M0. I have been researching the treatment options and would be really keen to hear the experiences of people who have had High Intensity Focussed Ultrasound as a treatment - outcomes, side effects and so forth. I think it may be relatively new but I'd be interested to hear how it compares with other, perhaps more conventional, treatments.
