hi,just had my 6 monthly checkup psa just below 0.03,better than my last one which was 0.04,i had my last zoladex jab april 2016,so im ok up to now  i dont really have a special diet except no dairy,meat now and again,had a steak pie eating out the other day really nice,i also drink beer now and again not as much as i used to,so just keep going,merry christmas.

Hello Radar,

Good news for the PSA test. I read your Bio and see you indicated your Testosterone wasn’t rising after HT. Not sure how much has changed for you since you updated it?

I had Brachytherapy and Radiotherapy with Prostap HT and now had my last injection. Hoping my PSA stays down like yours but also that my testosterone will go back to normal.

thankyou, my testosterone is 4.55 my mc millan nurse said it probably wont rise because i was on trt for 6 yrs  which was really good,i was willing to have a little bit of test and take my chance,but urology dr said not a good idea,oh well.
