Hi. Was looking for some answers about my alkaline phosphate level which is at 148. Had first lupron injection March 23 and blood work april 14

Does the injection make the level rise because the cancer has spread to my bones. And will it go down after awhile when I continue to get my injections.

Your ALP is only just above the upper limit of normal, which is unsurprising with bone mets. I don't think it indicates anything more than what you already know. It should drop over the next 2 or 3 months
