Nanoknife UK

Hi there everyone! I have recently been diagnosed (August 2021) with localised PC Stage 2A  Gleason 4-3. Last PSA (Oct 2021) had come down from 12.3 to 9.15 Biopsy showed out of 26 cores taken, 25 were clear and only 1 with cancer at 30% and not in the wall of prostate. I am 79 and very fit in excellent health. I am currently on AS.

I am very interested in Nanoknife and wondered if any members have had or are thinking of having this treatment and could give me some info? I have read up on it and [Doctors name removed by moderator] at King Edward 7th hospital London seems to be the "go to" person. Privately, I know the cost is around £12,500 plus extras (MRI etc...) Are there any trials currently on? If so how do I apply?

This is all new to me so any help would be grateful. I don't want to go down HT and RT road really.

Many thanks,  John.
