Worn out

Hi all, I have my 20 doses of radio therapy and those lovely hormone injections all finished on the last day of December 2021. On the whole I am coping well. Have had a couple of accidents, not getting to the loo quickly enough, that's my fault I can deal with that. But my main problem is I get very tired in the afternoons. I have a real job to get my backside out for a walk, I do go but am soooo tired heavy eyed and very knackered. Is this a problem to anyone else and will it go away. I am 72 and prior to May 21 was full of beans very active. Your thoughts please gents.

Your testosterone will take a while to recover, Bud - but it should get better. The PCUK nurses have run fatigue programmes in the past and it would be worth giving them a call - they may have some really useful suggestions.
