Sharing Stories of Patients with Advanced Prostate Cancer via videos

REQUEST Wave Healthcare are looking to capture your personal experience of living with advanced prostate cancer in a series of videos. We would like to film a documentary-style video interview with you in person, in a relaxed setting such as your home or a place you like to visit. We would also like to take additional footage which could include clips of you conducting your daily routine and/or participating in a hobby or favourite pastime.  For this project, we encourage contributions from a close family member or friend who would be willing to be filmed and provide their perspective. It is anticipated that you would need to commit approximately 1.5 hrs of your time prior to the recording for contracting and participating in a briefing phone call. We would like to have half a day available for filming, and then 30 minutes of your time post-recording for review of content. We will ensure that you always feel comfortable and that you have full oversight of the process; no footage will be used without your consent.
