This has been around for many years, however does anyone have recent experience of it? it seems of limited availability in UK and practitioners may not be as experienced as in Europe.

The member who comes to mind who had Nanoknife treatment is Paullondon. He had his treatment in Germany, although it is available but very restricted in the UK now. https://community.prostatecanceruk.org/posts/t27796-IRE

I just got it 7 weeks ago (February 5th 2024).

-  Surgery was easy, in and out in a day

-  Catheter was horrible, was supposed to keep it for 7 days, kept it for 33 days!!!

-  Had two urininary infections (one complex, still taking pills).

-  I still have minor issues but I would recommand it to anyone.

I had NanoKnife in Chicago 3/15/24…I just had my 6 month MRI. Recent PSA 1.96. Very pleased so far. How are you doing now?

I am doing well as well, I did not get an new MRI (after one year in Canada if PsA in aligned) but my PSC just dropped to 1.06 and I'm pretty much back on track on everything:-)
