Morning all,


My partner had a radical prostectomy in October 2021, hes been doing really well since then. He started to develop hip pain about 6 weeks ago. He is due to have his routine PSA bloods next week. If there is anything sinister going on would this show as an elevated PSA ?

His PSA should be undetectable following prostatectomy.

If it is the hip pain is very unlikely to be associated with PC.

I used to worry about hip pain, having a hip replacement fixed it!

I used to worry about hip pain having developed a "detectable" PSA, having a hip replacement fixed it!
