Angle of erection with Injections

Does the angle of your erection change after radical prostatectomy with no nerves spared when using injections in comparison to your natural erection pre surgery?

My angle used to be sorta 180 degrees but now its more like 90 degrees however my current erection is kinda suspect.

It is my 2nd time with invicorp and results have been disappointing for me. I do not seem to get "full hard ons" or at least they don't look like it . I must say when I tried invicorp I wasn't too aroused either. Right now I am at around 2 inches less than my pumped size.

Prior to surgery I had 6 inchces with the ruler pressed against the pubic bone. Now the jury is still out. I think I would need try caverject as it doesn't need stimulation to work at its full potential in order to see where am at.

Thoughts? Am I wrong somewhere?

Dave's saying that an angle of dangle, is often as likely, as anything above 90 degrees

Having no natural erections.

I resorted to penile injections.

Unfortunately Radical prostatectomy always impacts your erections the unknown part is how much.

A Firm Tech max PR helps me with firmness and angle...They are expensive but worth it IMHO

I think the general concensus on here is Invicorp is better than caverject. You don't need to feel horny for Invicorp to work. I'd say for me that my Invicorp erections are about 80% as good as pre op. But 80% is much better than nowt.  I suppose my erection angle is about 100 degrees but it depends who's got the protractor on it.😁

The average apparently, is 105 degrees. If, like you, I had a 180 degree erection, I'd probably break a rib. 🙄

I know that you don't need to feel aroused for invicorp "to work" but do you need to be aroused for it to work at its full potential? Caverject doesn't seem to have this issue.

Following my op, I felt awful, completely emasculated. Although I was still mentally aroused, physically life down below was as dead as a Dodo. It was very depressing thinking that I'd be incapable of ever having penetrative sex again.

Now thanks to Invicorp I can, and losing a  few millimetres, having less lift or dropping down the Mohs Hardness Scale, pales into insignificance. I'm grateful for 'small' mercies 🙂

In my case, I don't think feeling aroused affects the efficacy of Invicorp but it may in others.

I suspect the success of most ED treatments will vary a lot from individual to individual. Experiment with all the options and stick with the one the suits you best.

Good luck mate.

JimmyChoo,

I found that, with Invicorp, I got a weak erection.  But even low dose Caverject wasn't very effective.  I have had to increase the dose of Caverject to 40mcg. (the maximum dose) to get a good erection.  Caverject does give me some discomfort, but, to me, it is worth it for the positive effect on the quality of my erection.

Best wishes,

JedSee.

Weak as in the hardness but also in the associated length? my hope is when caverject comes in the market that it will give me a longer erection in terms of size.
