I've been taking cod liver oil anyway for a few years for arthritis and find it definitely helps. Maybe it's having other benefits regarding PCa.

So you would have to avoid most seed oils which are high in omega 6.
There have been warnings over using cod liver oil or other fish capsules, rather than eating the fish directly. This is because some have been found to be manufactured from fish which is unsuitable for human consumption.
