That depends on how attractive 'your friend' is. 😉

Yes, you still feel aroused, but if you have hormone treatment it can affect your libido. Some cannot get an erection, but with or without one you can still climax but not ejaculate.

A lot depends on how much nerve sparing can be done. I was completely none nerve sparing. I cannot get an natural erction but can with penile injections. I wrote a limerick about it.

Having no natural erections.

I resorted to penile injections.

The wife with a grin.

Said, "I think it's gone in?"

Restoring our sexual connections.

In answer to your question yes. Everyone's experience is different but I was only able to achieve semi's for the first year, but still had sex as regular as the missus would allow. A good imagination and open mind helps.

Mrs, worry, you don't need and erection for vaginal intercourse, look up flaccid insertion.Get some good lube, shut the windows ,best if you have air conditioning on in this weather. Think outside the box ,never give up and have fun.

Thanks Chris

Adrian, I will if you try hard enough, you have to let the wife do most of the work 🙂🙂🙂. Isn't putting it in the nicest bit , just asking for a friend 🙂.

Thanks Chris

Hi Mrs Worry,

I was also totally non-nerve sparing and have no erections. There are ways around it. A penis pump can revive the object of desire provided you fit a ring on it. They come with a rubber ring that you pull wide open and slip on the outside of the pump near the base. Once the penis is fully pumped up, which can take a few minutes, then slip the ring off the pump and onto the penis base. You then have 30 minutes to do whatever you want. Like cinderella when the clock strikes 30 minutes the ring must come off and the erection will be lost. I am lucky as I don't get a floppy one, but some guys do and then a little extra care is needed.

Injections are another route but they come with a number of risks and self injecting really isn't my thing.

My second route to full sex is a hollow dildo strap on. This works very well and doesn't cost that much compared to the pleasure it can bring. To find one just go onto Amazon or any sex toy outlet and search for 'hollow dildo strap on'.

I hope that has helped.

Thank you , it's good to know you guys can still feel the pleasure by other means.

I won't be able to listen to Beyonce's " if you like it should of put a ring on it " quite the same way again.

😂 Brilliant Mrs Worry. 👏

A few of us on here agree that it helps to see the funny side. It's a case of, if you don't laugh you cry.

Last year I started this conversation

There are some amusing replies.

You have to, when it won't stay in the box.

The pumps work. The NHS one is a good kit although getting the right size tube was an Issue. Also there is not a huge amount of good advice on what tension ring(s) to use. It took for ever to work that out and the ones provided can be a bit bulky and the wings on them uncomfortable. In the end I've ended up using multiple (7) "Fidget rings" rather than a propper one. They are easier to apply and as each individually isn't that tight its the fact that they sit over eachother that does the trick. They are relitavly easy to get off despite not having 'wings'(although try it with one first). You are always restricted to no more than 30 mins with them on, but you can have continue to have sex post orgasm which is an unexpected and plesant side effect.
