Hi. I’ve had a MRI scan of my prostate some weeks ago & have been told that it is a PIRAD 4. I am having a biopsy of my prostate tomorrow morning at 8.30am on the 8th April 2026. I have been up at night a few times peeing, but it just dribbles out & need to go again minutes later & bladder still feels like it hasn’t emptied. It was early morning, but it has started in the early part of the night too. Naturally I’m worried sick about as I live on my own . My girlfriend lives in Glasgow. Just got to hope that if it is cancer it has been caught early. The PIRAD 4 description says ‘likely’. I already have peripheral neuropathy & osteoarthritis. I’d like to hear from others in the same boat or waiting for biopsies/results like me.
