I wasnt quite the same but those effects seem 'normal and expected'.
My primary treatment was 3yrs of Zoladex (including 2yrs abiraterone, enzalutimide,prednisolone on trial) with 32 sessions of RT. As I said not quite same situation as yourself but I certainly suffered fatigue, muscle loss, bone aches, depression, hot flushes etc etc. Getting out&trying to get some exercise if you're able helps, some of us suffer more than others but from memory dont think theres too much to be done to avoid the effects. Obviously if its something you think is unexpected contact the cancer nurses etc.
