If you've been a member of the forum since before 6 May, you'll notice we've redecorated and added a lot of new features members had asked for, like live chat, private messaging, better search, buttons to 'thank' a poster or refer a post for moderation, and more tailored notifications. The new community space also works great on mobile devices, so you can get support wherever you are.
There's a lot to like, but we know change can bring frustrations too. That's why we've put together some instructions to help with the new features. Just click 'Help' in the main online community menu to see them. If you have other problems using the new space, or if you've found a bug you want to let us know about, please post it on the thread called 'Log your web issues here'.
We've also updated the Terms and Conditions that you agree to by using the community, and also created some plain English House Rules to help everyone create a supportive community.
