Any issues with having dental implants while on hormone therapy?

Has anyone come across any issues with having a dental implant while on hormone therapy? It seemed to me there might be an issue with the implant healing to the bone while your osteoblasts are not working well due to lack of testosterone, but a google search didn't turn up any warnings or anything.

The only recognised risk is for men on Zometa to help protect against osteoporosis during HT.

All my dental work failed after chemo, not long term ht
