You again another sleepless night, hot flushes and fatigue.

I know I'm tired did to much on Friday I had a big burst of energy.

Just listening to calming music hopefully I'll get some sleep 😗

the trouble with fatigue is that it can stop you sleeping properly, and the problem with not sleeping properly is that it makes the fatigue worse. If not already done so, give the PCUK nurses a call - they did some research a couple of years ago on HT induced fatigue and may have some suggestions that can help.

Also, have you considered acupuncture (perhaps when lockdown is finished) - it has been shown to help with HT side effects and is even available on the NHS in some areas!

Hi Lyn,
So sorry that I have not responded to you since your post to me.
I seem to be sleeping better but l have bad nights ( hot flushes )
The fatigue is strange, it just descends upon me when I least expect it.
it seems to happen more when I have pushed myself.
I am remaining as positive as I can.
Today I received my first appointment for January to go to The Christie Hospital, re blood test and consultation before my Chemo..
Guess I need to start thinking of questions to ask.
Take care and Stay Safe
