PSA & Testosterone levels

Hi, my husband had an original PSA of 102, diagnosed with metastised prostate cancer(bones). Initially given tablets for a month, then has received 1 Prostap injection(3 monthly). Went to Outpatients appt last week(14th feb) probably going onto Enzalutamide. Bloods to check kidney, liver function to see if he was suitable also PSA checked. Called nurse today(23rd feb) PSA now 38.6 which she said was going in the right direction but testosterone level was still "normal"?? So will have to also start taking the tablet he took Initially. Should we be concerned about the PSA/Testosterone level?
