So, now that Novartis has stopped taking new patients for LU-177, what happens to those who need it?
Just for context here is the news story.

I have no idea what the answer is. I can see that if people have started the treatment limited supplies should go to them. New patients will have to wait, let's hope it is only a temporary issue.
